Galvanized iron wire is very common in practical application, some people think that galvanized iron wire will not rust, in fact, it is not. Metal corrosion is caused by the chemical or electrochemical action of the surrounding medium. According to different media, it is divided into atmospheric corrosion, soil corrosion, seawater corrosion, bacterial corrosion and so on. Atmospheric corrosion is more common, because metal products in the process of processing, transportation and storage, when in contact with the atmosphere, there are always atmospheric corrosion conditions.

Out-of-line annealing means that the recrystallization annealing of hot or cold rolled steel plate is carried out in the bottom type annealing furnace or cover type annealing furnace before entering the hot plating wire line, so that there is no annealing process in the galvanized line. The steel plate must maintain a clean active surface of pure iron, free of oxides and other dirt, before hot dip galvanizing. In this method, the annealed surface oxide sheet is first removed by pickling method, and then coated with a layer of zinc chloride or a mixture of ammonium chloride and zinc chloride solvent for protection, so as to prevent the plate from being oxidized again.

The main customers of the barbed rope factory are still targeted at the farm and plantation customers for sales, because the demand for barbed rope is often very large.

For the specification of galvanized wire, the galvanized wire produced by our factory can range from No.8 to No.22, which refers to the BWG standard, that is, from about 4mm to 0.7mm, which can basically cover the type required by the customer. As for the raw material of galvanized wire, normally, we use Q195 mild steel, and some factories will also use SAE1006 or SAE1008. The following is the zinc coating, for galvanized wire, this is very important, the general zinc coating is about 50g/m2 to 80g/m2, some customers need high zinc galvanized wire, zinc coating can reach 200g/m2 to 360g/m2. The tensile strength of galvanized wire is usually 350n/m2 to 800n/m2. Then there is the packaging specification of galvanized wire. The specifications of small rolls of galvanized wire are 50kg/ roll, 100kg/ roll and 200kg/ roll. Of course, there are large rolls of galvanized wire, the weight can reach 300kg/ roll or 800kg/ roll.

Stainless steel material refers to air, steam, water and other weak corrosive medium and acid, alkali, salt and other chemical corrosion medium corrosion of steel, also known as stainless acid steel. In practical application, the steel with weak corrosion resistance is often called stainless steel, and the steel with chemical corrosion resistance is called acid resistant steel. And galvanized wire has good toughness and elasticity, zinc can reach 300 grams/square meter. It has the characteristics of thick galvanized layer and strong corrosion resistance. Products are widely used in construction, handicrafts, silk screen preparation, highway guardrail, product packaging and daily civil and other fields.

If the blade barbed rope produced by the barbed rope factory wants to be made into a straight line, it can’t be made too long because of the constraints of logistics.

Paint on the galvanized layer, the bonding force between each other has a great relationship with the baking temperature of the paint, and alkyd paint is coated after galvanized, and the adhesion is not a problem. After galvanized to do amino paint, paint adhesion is not very good. Do two bottom two surface, adhesion is good, if the two bottom two surface changed to two bottom three surface, that is, more paint, more baked once, again test adhesion is very bad, bad enough to tear the paint from the galvanized layer.

6, passivation to remove hydrogen parts should be passivation after the removal of hydrogen, passivation before the application of 1%H2SO4 or 1% hydrochloric acid activation 5~15s. Passivation shall be treated with colored chromate unless otherwise specified in the design drawings.
